75m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor (elevator available) with 13m2 terrace with the view on the sea and the mountains (Sierra del Mondúver)
Three bedrooms: two with double beds (140×220 and 180×220) and one with low child bed (80×220, an adult can sleep here as well), bed linen/ sheets provided. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Fully equipped, modern kitchen: fridge / refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, pots, plates & cups, cutlery, coffee maker, washing machine

In Denia (30km) port with ferries departing to Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera (for more information check the website of Balearia).
Close to tourist hubs and attractions. North: Valencia, Cullera, Gandia. South: Denia, Javea, Calpe, Altea, Alicante etc. Close to two big aquaparks: Aquopolis in Cullera and Aqualandia in Benidorm.
